ListingIQ is operated by Zona Hsu as a sole proprietorship ("ListingIQ", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of listingiq.us and the ListingIQ service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
ListingIQ analyses Amazon product listings, generates optimised listing content and product images, tracks competitors, and reports what changed after you apply a fix.
We provide analysis and suggestions. You decide what to publish. Every change to your Amazon listing is made by you, in your own Amazon account. We do not have access to your Seller Central account and cannot make changes on your behalf.
You sign in with a link we email you. There is no password. Keep access to your email secure — anyone with access to it can sign in to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide an accurate email address. One account per person or business. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Plans. Growth is $39 per month. Command is $99 per month. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of listings and image generation credits, as shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Credits. Monthly image credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC) and do not roll over.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Refunds. If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After that, payments are non-refundable, though you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
Price changes. We may change prices. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days before the change affects your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Yours stays yours. Product photos, specifications and other material you upload remain yours. By uploading them you give us permission to process them in order to provide the service — including sending them to our AI providers (currently Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to generate your results.
Generated output is yours to use. Listing copy and images ListingIQ generates for you are yours to publish, modify or discard. We claim no ownership of them.
People in your photos. If you upload a photo containing a person, you confirm you have the right to use that person's likeness for commercial purposes, including having it processed by AI image generation. You are responsible for obtaining any model release or permission required. Images containing AI-generated people are tagged as such in their metadata, as Amazon requires.
What you must not upload. Material you do not have the rights to; another seller's copyrighted images; anything illegal, misleading or unsafe.
This section matters. Please read it.
AI output can be wrong. ListingIQ uses AI models to generate text and images. These models can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or that misrepresents your product — including images where product details differ from your actual product.
We check, but we do not guarantee. Every AI-rendered image is compared against your reference photos and we show you the differences we find. This is a second pair of eyes, not a complete check. Some differences will not be caught.
You must review before publishing. You are responsible for checking that any content you publish accurately represents your product and complies with Amazon's policies and applicable law. Publishing inaccurate content can lead to returns, negative reviews, or action against your Amazon account — and that responsibility is yours, not ours.
Estimates are estimates. Any figure we show about potential impact is an estimate based on available public data, not a prediction or a promise. We do not guarantee any improvement in sales, ranking, conversion or any other outcome.
ListingIQ relies on third-party services including Keepa (Amazon product data), Google Gemini (image generation), Anthropic Claude (content generation), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). Their availability, accuracy and pricing are outside our control.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. "Amazon" and related marks belong to Amazon.com, Inc.
Do not: resell or redistribute the service; use it to generate misleading content about products you do not sell; attempt to access other users' data; overload or probe our systems; or use automated means to extract data from the service beyond normal use.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used fraudulently, or where payment fails repeatedly.
ListingIQ is provided "as is". We work to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be added, or be removed. During beta, the service may be less stable and some features are incomplete.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where that is the case, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your listings, generated images and analysis records.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
