Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ListingIQ ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services. ListingIQ is an AI-powered diagnostic and optimization tool for Amazon sellers. By using the service you agree to the practices described here. Questions or requests: mailmezona@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Amazon Selling Partner Data

Where you authorize ListingIQ to access your Amazon selling account through Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API), the following commitments apply:

Public marketplace data (Keepa)

Product analyses use publicly available Amazon marketplace data (prices, sales ranks, offer counts, ratings, product details) retrieved through the Keepa API. This is public product-page data, not data from your Amazon account.

AI processing (Anthropic Claude)

Listing content (titles, bullet points, A+ outlines, FAQs) and competitive analyses are generated using Anthropic's Claude API. Product and market data needed for a given analysis is sent to Anthropic for processing at the time you request it. We do not send your email address or billing details to Anthropic.

Email (Resend)

We sign you in with magic links — an email containing a private dashboard link — instead of passwords, and send Buy Box alerts and weekly digests through Resend, our email delivery provider. Every digest email includes a working unsubscribe link.

Payments (Stripe)

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe using Stripe-hosted checkout. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Billing information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers so we can show you your plan, your next charge date and your payment history, and so you can manage or cancel your subscription.

If you cancel, your billing records remain with Stripe according to their retention policy and as required by tax and accounting law.

Photos containing people

If you upload a product photo that contains a person, that photo is processed the same way as any other photo you upload — it is sent to our AI image providers to generate your results, and it is not stored by us beyond the processing itself.

Generated images that contain AI-generated people are tagged in their metadata as containing a synthetic performer, as Amazon requires.

You are responsible for having the right to use the likeness of any person in photos you upload. See our Terms of Service.

Hosting and storage (Railway / PostgreSQL)

Our backend and PostgreSQL database are hosted on Railway. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on managed infrastructure.

Quality review during the beta

During the beta period we keep a record of each analysis and image plan we run for you: the listing data we retrieved, the competitors we matched and why each candidate was included or excluded, the content we generated, and any failures along the way.

Data retention and deletion

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing mailmezona@gmail.com.
